LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a law firm seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3 years of experience to join its Minneapolis office. The role involves hands‑on work across patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition matters, with meaningful responsibility on complex federal litigation and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Requirements:
3 years of IP litigation or complex federal litigation experience; strong research, writing, and analytical skills; and the ability to manage discovery, depositions, substantive motions, and trial preparation. A technical undergraduate degree, patent bar eligibility, or clerkship experience is a plus. Minnesota licensure (or ability to become licensed) required.
Compensation:
Base salary range $200,000 – $235,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include a discretionary performance‑based bonus.
