IT Manager
Location: Miami, FL (Fully Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base bonus
A growing organization in Miami is seeking an IT Manager to oversee core IT operations, systems integrations, and technology initiatives. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and laying the foundation for a scalable IT function.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day IT operations across the organization
- Lead planning and execution of IT processes and systems improvements
- Support system integrations, including those related to acquisitions and new platforms
- Serve as backup support for ERP systems
- Manage IT equipment lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, hardware distribution)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to connect systems and improve data flow
- Support project planning and execution across IT initiatives
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support business growth
- Help build and scale the IT function over time
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years of IT experience in a hands-on, operational role
- Strong experience with systems integrations and connecting platforms
- ERP exposure required (Epicor experience a plus)
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools strongly preferred
- Project management experience a plus
- Comfortable working independently with no direct reports initially
- Ability to build processes and scale an IT department over time
- Strong communication and organizational skills
