Import/Export Compliance Manager

🚨 Now Hiring: Import / International Trade Compliance Manager (Industrial Manufacturing) 🚨

Are you a hands‑on international trade compliance expert who has owned import and trade strategy in a manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a seasoned professional to step into a critical, highly visible role supporting global operations.

This is not a coordinator role — we need a true SME who can drive compliance, mitigate risk, and lead cost‑containment initiatives across imports and international trade.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Own end‑to‑end import and international trade compliance processes
• Serve as the go‑to Subject Matter Expert for tariff strategy, HTS classification, and trade regulations
• Identify and mitigate tariff exposure, cost risk, and compliance gaps
• Lead audits, develop SOPs, and continuously strengthen compliance programs
• Act as a player/coach, partnering cross‑functionally across supply chain, engineering, legal, and operations
• Drive cost containment and trade optimization initiatives under real‑world business pressure

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5 years of experience in import trade compliance / international trade regulations
• Industrial manufacturing experience is required
• Deep expertise in HTS codes, tariff strategy, and international trade laws
• Proven experience owning trade compliance processes (not just supporting them)
• Strategic thinker who can balance compliance, cost, and operational efficiency
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment
