This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an operations professional who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement on the production floor. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this individual will play a critical role in driving safety, quality, production performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-shift manufacturing operation.

The organization is seeking a people-focused leader who can build credibility with frontline teams, develop supervisors, and drive operational excellence while positioning themselves for future growth within the company.
