About the Role
A boutique immigration law firm in Moon Township (Coraopolis) is seeking an Immigration Paralegal with experience in Form I-140 and Form I-485 filings to support a high-volume employment-based immigration practice. The firm is a small, team with a collegial, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and filing of I-140 Immigrant Petitions and I-485 Adjustment of Status applications
- Support attorneys with employment-based immigration filings (e.g., H-1B, PERM-related documentation where applicable)
- Collect, review, and organize employer and beneficiary documentation
- Draft forms, assemble petition packets, and ensure accuracy before submission
- Maintain case files and track deadlines for multiple active matters
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding required documents and case status
Qualifications
- Experience with employment-based immigration required
- Hands-on experience with I-140 and/or I-485 filings
- Experience with H-1B visa cases strongly preferred
- Prior work with immigration firms or employment-based practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a small office setting
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to adapt to existing processes
- Comfortable working with older software (Immigrant-Pro)—training provided
