What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at LHH?
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits
- Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) and manages compliance with FMLA and other regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- MUST be Bilingual in Spanish
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits
