Temporary HR Generalist – Benefits Administration & Total RewardsLocation: Los Angeles- HybridDuration: Temporary assignment covering an employee on leaveCompensation: $38 to $48 per hourAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in Benefits Administration and Total Rewards to keep HR operations running smoothly during an employee’s leave. If you’re proactive, personable, and tech-savvy, this is your chance to make an impact.What You’ll Do✅ Explain benefit options (PPO, Kaiser, Blue Shield) in clear, simple terms✅ Manage benefits changes and terminations accurately✅ Oversee automated file feeds between HRIS and vendors✅ Troubleshoot timing and mechanics of data transfers✅ Use Paylocity and Zendesk daily (NetSuite experience is a plus)✅ Assist with retirement audits and policy updates✅ Respond to HR inquiries with clarity and empathy✅ Help process mail backlog (currently up to 10 days)What We’re Looking For✔ Strong experience in Benefits Administration and HR processes✔ Knowledge of file feeds and HRIS integrations✔ Proficiency in Paylocity and Zendesk; NetSuite helpful✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills✔ Ability to assist with audits and policy developmentBenefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
