HR Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Malvern, PA

Compensation: $30-32/hr; $60,000–$65,000 annually upon conversion

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This temp-to-hire role offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. The HR Coordinator will partner closely with HR leadership to support employees, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate HR data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
• Process new hires, terminations, job changes, and employee updates in ADP Workforce Now
• Coordinate background checks, I-9s, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR records
• Assist with payroll audits, timekeeping, and employee data validation in ADP
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities
• Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and offer preparation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Prepare HR reports and support ongoing HR projects

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR Coordinator or HR Assistant experience
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience supporting benefits and payroll
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
