Human Resources Business Partner

Pay Range: $45–$55 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and provide critical support in rolling out and managing key HR programs. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with managers and employees, and has a strong ability to drive process consistency and compliance.
As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of performance reviews, goal-setting, engagement initiatives, compensation processes, and talent management programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, helping them navigate HR processes while maintaining alignment with organizational policies and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution:
- Support the rollout and completion of HR programs, including performance reviews, goal-setting, engagement activities, compensation steps, and performance management.
- Ensure departments meet deadlines and outcome expectations.
- Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor completion rates, pending tasks, and upcoming deadlines.
- Surface risks or delays to senior HR team members promptly.
- Manager & Employee Support:
- Partner with managers and employees to answer HR process questions and provide clear guidance.
- Assist managers with performance review and talent management processes to ensure consistency across teams.
- Communication & Materials:
- Prepare materials, communications, and tools to enable smooth delivery of HR programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Risk Identification:
- Identify issues, delays, or patterns that could impact program outcomes and escalate to senior HRBPs as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR programs such as performance management, engagement, and compensation cycles.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred:
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with managers and employees.
- Proactive problem-solving and risk identification.
