We’re looking for HR Assistant I to join a leading client in Mechanicsville VA 23111 Onsite. must meet tight deadlines and collaborate with a large, fast-moving content team in a virtual environment.
Position- HR Assistant
Location- Mechanicsville VA 23111
What you'll do
- Assist the HR team aligned to the Home Health segment of the company in delivering required pre-hire & onboarding process deliverables across a variety of site locations. This includes but is not limited to assisting with:
- Post-employment drug screening
- Managing the background process including clinical licensure review
- Uploading appropriate paperwork in DoucCloud (I-9, offer letters, sign-on bonuses)
- Using e-verification system for I-9's
- Preparing reports and correspondence about status of pre-hire and onboarding processes, referring issues as needed to HR team
- Coordinating communications with employees and office staff regarding day 1 actions, including registering new hires for orientation
- Prepare reports and correspondence, as directed.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by Human Resources Department.

💵 Pay Range: $20 - $21/ hr
