About the Role
The HRIS Manager will own configuration, optimization, and ongoing functionality of Workday. You will serve as the internal expert for systems, reporting, data integrity, and process improvements for a global employee population. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on a small, collaborative HR team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Workday configuration, enhancements, reporting, and analytics
- Partner with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and global teams to improve processes
- Drive data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational integrity
- Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and new feature deployments
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on system best practices and functionality
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong Workday configuration experience
- Background working in-house supporting HR teams
- Experience supporting global HR populations preferred
- Ability to operate in a lean environment and wear multiple hats
- Detail-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Compensation
- Base salary: $125K–$145K
- Bonus long-term equity plan
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
