Are you ready to take the next step in your fleet management career? We’re seeking a Fleet & Asset Management Supervisor to join a dynamic, growth-focused organization in Addison, TX. This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) offering the chance to make a real impact while advancing your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee a large fleet (1,800 assets) and supervise fleet administration
- Implement and maintain fleet management software and ERP systems
- Analyze fleet data for efficiency, cost reduction, and asset health
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, California Clean Air Act)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on fleet performance
- Contribute to the development of SOPs as the company continues to grow
- NO DRIVER MANAGEMENT
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of fleet or asset management experience w/ minimal fleet size of 800 vehciles
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Eclipse, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Local candidates preferred (within a 30–45 minute commute)
- Experience with GeoTab and knowledge of fleet regulations a plus
