Customer Service Representative – Financial Services & Payments

What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer questions about payments, billing, and financial products
- Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy
- Keep records updated and escalate complex cases when needed
- Stay informed on financial policies and tools
What You Bring:
- 1 year of call center experience
- Hands-on knowledge of payment systems and financial services
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail
- CRM and payment platform familiarity
Bonus Points For:
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Experience with ACH, credit cards, working within financial services or digital wallets
