LHH is partnered with a global professional services organization headquartered in Washington, DC in their search for a results-driven FP&A Manager. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering within complex, client-focused environments. The FP&A Manager will be a key contributor to the firm’s financial strategy, supporting leadership across multiple practice groups and driving initiatives that impact the organization at large. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to grow into a Director-level position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across global practice groups and organization-wide functions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support long-range planning and scenario modeling to guide strategic decision-making across the firm.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and practice group leaders to ensure alignment between financial goals and business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally within a global professional services or client-centric environment.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and presenting complex financial information in a clear, compelling manner.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
