Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join a service-based firm in Sacramento. Experience Needed For Success

• Prior experience in billing, or related operational accounting functions, with a strong understanding of financial and productivity reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present findings and recommendations.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven history of interpreting complex data sets and creating actionable reports and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros, as well as experience with dashboard creation.
  
  

A Day In The Life At Our Firm

• Participate in various projects, providing analytical expertise to identify trends and improve operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to enhance financial operations and reporting.
• Assist in billing processes, collections, accounts payable activities, and expense reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and other tools to develop dashboards and data visualizations that clearly communicate performance metrics.
• Extract, compile, and analyze raw statistical data from firm systems to produce accurate monthly reports and productivity evaluations.
