What You'll Do
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
- Present financial insights and recommendations to business leaders and executives
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve financial performance
- Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
- Master's degree preferred
- 1 year of corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable presenting to leadership and executive-level stakeholders
- ERP system experience is a plus
- Healthcare industry exposure is a plus
