LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in the Boca Raton area that is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution while working closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting attorneys in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, alimony, and related proceedings
• Drafting, reviewing, and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Managing case files and maintaining critical deadlines
• Coordinating court filings and scheduling hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties
• Assisting with trial preparation and case management
Desired Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and court rules
• Experience preparing legal documents and managing deadlines independently
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Florida family law experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary: $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
