Facilities Coordinator | Leading Corporate Client
We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support daily office and facility needs. This role focuses on front-of-house support, office services, events, vendors, supplies, and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide front-of-house and general facilities support.
- Manage office supplies, including warm beverage inventory.
- Support office events, meetings, and employee moves.
- Maintain facility records, documents, and service contracts.
- Help with scheduling, purchasing, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, catering, parking, security, and other services.
- Support office space planning and changes to office layouts.
- Help manage vendors and contractors and check the quality of their work.
- Support health and safety rules, emergency plans, and safety procedures.
- Manage facility supplies and place orders to keep key items in stock.
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks for the facilities team.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work based on business needs.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma required; an Associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Previous experience in facilities coordination or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organization and coordination skills.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and budget tracking.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with facility management software is a plus.

💵 Pay: $26–$32/hour
