About the Role:
As an Executive Recruiter, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders. This includes managing both client and candidate relationships, identifying new clients, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their ideal career opportunities. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driven by a sense of urgency and a commitment to helping clients and candidates succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Execute full life-cycle direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders.
- Manage client relationships, identifying new clients and maintaining existing ones.
- Conduct candidate interviews and match them with suitable career opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and drive business results.
- Adapt to changing priorities and implement new technology to enhance recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of five (3) years of recruiting experience or relevant industry experience.
- High adaptability and collaborative mindset.
- Technically savvy with a willingness to learn and implement new technology.
- Passion for helping candidates and clients succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
