Title: Temp Legal Executive Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Position type: Temporary, 4 months with possible extension
Overview
This is an immediate, high-impact opportunity to support a senior partner at a highly respected law firm with a minimum 4-month engagement. In this role, you will act as the right-hand to a Senior Partner ensuring their day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
Daily Functions
- Manage a complex and fast-moving calendar, coordinate meetings and domestic/international travel in partnership with the travel team, and ensure the partner remains organized, responsive, and aligned to key priorities.
- Responsibilities also include tracking and following up on client leads, handling expenses such as travel invoices, time entry, and reimbursements, and supporting conference activity by maintaining and organizing important relationships.
- Assist with new client intake processes, manage engagement letters, and ensure timely completion and follow-through.
- Play a key role in communications by monitoring emails, screening calls, drafting responses, and ensuring nothing critical is missed, while providing polished, professional support for client interactions and coordination of meetings and deliverables.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of administrative experience, including a minimum of three years supporting C-level executives or equivalent senior leadership.
- Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is required.
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to operate with professionalism and discretion.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs is required.
Compensation Details
- Hourly rate range $45-$50 per hour (DOE)
- Full benefits offered during temporary phase.
- All equipment provided.
