Escrow Processing Clerk | Leading Real Estate Services Firm
We’re looking for an Escrow Processing Clerk to join a top-tier real estate services company in Phoenix, AZ. If you’re detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build your career in escrow operations. No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to train.
What You’ll Do:
- Process documents related to residential escrow openings and closings
- Support centralized clerical tasks to reduce paperwork at branch offices
- Communicate instructions and updates to escrow branches (not customers)
- Follow established escrow procedures and stay aware of relevant regulations
- Work on-site at the Phoenix office (100% on-site role)
What You Bring:
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
- Flexible and self-motivated approach to work
- Strong decision-making skills and willingness to learn
- 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt to a fast-paced environment
📍Location: Phoenix, AZ- Onsite
💵Pay: $17–$19/hr.
