LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large food manufacturer in search of a Project Engineering Manager for their Monmouth, IL location. This is a great opportunity for someone who believes in producing the best efficiencies and reducing waste that significantly impacts the bottom lines. In this job, you will analyze data, prepare strategies and execute plans within the organization. This is a direct hire job that pays between $105K - $145K bonus. Here are more details of this role:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead big projects, create plans and collaborate with multiple departments on delivery
- Design and implement work, build reports and proposals, bid review and prepare project work
- Lead large scale complex technical projects within pork and packaged meat industry
- Oversight of design, development and implementation of innovative solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience (2 years of those in leadership
- Must have knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling experience
- Candidate will have to be proficient in AutoCAD
- Fluent in Engineering design, material specs, project cost estimates, feasibility studies and economic analysis
