Locations: Wayne, PA or Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)

Our client is a leader in the Health, Wellness, and Beauty space, supporting brand partners across retail, digital commerce, logistics, supply chain, order to cash, and data analytics.

Role Overview

As a Catalog Specialist, you’ll support the Digital Shelf team by managing product content across multiple retail platforms. This role focuses on ensuring accurate, up-to-date product listings while partnering with internal teams and major retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for ecommerce catalog needs
• Manage item setup, maintenance, and content updates across platforms
• Upload images, content, and promotional materials
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams
• Prioritize and manage tasks across retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Target
• Work within internal systems to collect, audit, and maintain digital content
• Support promotional planning and execution (especially for Amazon)
• Use tools like Salsify, Amazon Vendor Central, Syndigo, and Brandbank

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working independently and on a team
• Process-driven and highly reliable
• Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Ecommerce, consumer goods, or retail background
• Experience with item setup, content syndication, or digital shelf management
• Tools like Amazon Vendor Central, Salsify, Excel, Tableau
