E-Commerce / Catalog Specialist
Locations: Wayne, PA or Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)

Our client is a leader in the Health, Wellness, and Beauty space, supporting brand partners across retail, digital commerce, logistics, supply chain, order to cash, and data analytics.
Role Overview
As a Catalog Specialist, you’ll support the Digital Shelf team by managing product content across multiple retail platforms. This role focuses on ensuring accurate, up-to-date product listings while partnering with internal teams and major retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for ecommerce catalog needs
- Manage item setup, maintenance, and content updates across platforms
- Upload images, content, and promotional materials
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Prioritize and manage tasks across retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Target
- Work within internal systems to collect, audit, and maintain digital content
- Support promotional planning and execution (especially for Amazon)
- Use tools like Salsify, Amazon Vendor Central, Syndigo, and Brandbank
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working independently and on a team
- Process-driven and highly reliable
- Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Ecommerce, consumer goods, or retail background
- Experience with item setup, content syndication, or digital shelf management
- Tools like Amazon Vendor Central, Salsify, Excel, Tableau
