Director of Procurement

Are you a strategic leader ready to drive innovation in procurement? Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead and optimize purchasing, scheduling, and planning functions. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about process improvement, supplier partnerships, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance procurement, scheduling, and planning operations, leveraging ERP and process innovation.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and long-term partnership development.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and ethical standards.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Hands-on, motivated leader with advanced critical thinking skills.
• Significant experience in purchasing, including contract negotiation and vendor management.

Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000
