The Director of Growth Marketing will own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across digital channels, with a focus on Meta and Google Ads, while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. This is a highly strategic role, but hands-on expertise in performance marketing is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Manage complex budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring best practices and continuous optimization.

Qualifications

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
