Director of Finance
$100-115K
- 3 weeks of vacation plus 1 week of sick PTO

Reports to: Interim CFO
Growth Path: growth to VP/CFO level but will always be hands on
Team Description: Supervising a team of 1 Senior Accountant, plus outsourced AP provider
This job:
- GL, Month End Close, and Financial Statements per US GAAP
- Cash Management and oversight of all AP, AR, Payroll distribution
- Budget and Reporting, Guidance and business partnership to various departments
- Grant Accounting, Fund Accounting, and overarching consolidated Financials
- Point of contact on Single Audit
- Financial Analysis and looking at each department and its ROI
- Manage banking relationships, treasury, and liquidity planning
We are looking for (key requirements/preferences):
- BS degree – Accounting or Finance
- 5 or more years of Accounting experience
- Non-profit Accounting experience required
- Able to track a lot of programs as well as a granular view, structure needs to be built to do so.
- Strong eye for organization, process, detail
- Ability to start with ambiguity and chaos, and build good processes from there.
- Someone who is going to want to put their mark on things.
