LHH is currently searching for a Digital Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. This role is ideal for a passionate professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who is ready to lead and elevate all aspects of digital marketing execution. This is an onsite role with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth.
- Lead and manage all paid media campaigns, including budgeting, execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Own and execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.
- Direct all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including on-page and off-page strategies, website audits, content optimization, link-building, and technical improvements to maximize organic traffic.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators for all digital channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ongoing innovation and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record leading paid media, SEM, and SEO initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in Fort Worth, TX.
