LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable healthcare company. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our healthcare team on a short-term basis. Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Temporary)
Location: Feasterville, PA

Contract Duration: 2 Months
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist the Accounts Payable (AP) team with invoice processing and documentation.
- Verify and update patient or vendor information as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA).
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work onsite daily and start immediately.
- Prior experience in healthcare or AP support is a plus but not required.
