We are looking for a dynamic, energized and, preferably, experienced Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk
Responsibilities
- Count and enter all data into tracking sheets for customer drop offs.
- Process incoming inventory into online system (X3).
- Follow up on processed orders.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of items at the 1055 building.
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, to ensure effective order delivery and for future follow-up.
- Build a relationship with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service.
- Put away inventory when received.
- Effectively communicate inventory updates to the Management Team.
- Assist in the testing lab as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year as a customer service/data entry representative.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience. (preferred)
- Attentive to detail and organized.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manners.
- Must be personable and respectful.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
- This is a Safety-sensitive position.
