Reliable Equipment in Warminster is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Booker to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering and directing phone calls.
- Review and confirm customer sales orders.
- Accounts Payable; processing invoices from vendors with proper General Ledger coding, credits, printing checks and setting up new vendor accounts. Monitor AP Inbox and route messages accordingly.
- Accounts Receivable; generating invoices and posting check remittance.
- Assisting HR manager with recruitment.
- Clerical duties ' mail, filing, supply ordering and maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a front desk/administrative assistant role.
- Some experience in Accounts Payable (preferred).
- Must be comfortable answering and transferring calls in a pleasant manner.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Attentive to detail.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Some recruiting experience preferred.
- Sage X3 & Enterprise experience a plus.
