Credit Administrator IILocation: Santa Fe SpringsType: Temporary, for 2-3 months, with possibility of extension. Full-time hoursPay: $23-25/hourWe are is seeking a Credit Administrator II to join our Credit Department. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable collections, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure timely order processing. This is a temporary position with full-time hours and offers opportunities for internal transfers and promotions, supporting career growth within our learning-focused culture.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage the order queue to ensure timely processing.Oversee a credit portfolio, reviewing account history, payment trends, and credit limits for order release.Communicate with sales teams to resolve pending order issues.Contact customers via email and phone to address past-due accounts, schedule follow-ups, and escalate concerns when necessary.Investigate and resolve disputes and payment variances using internal systems.Maintain accurate account notes and prepare monthly delinquency reports.Collaborate with the Credit Supervisor on accounts over 30 days past due.QualificationsExperience: 3β5 years in commercial collections.Education: High school diploma required; business-related post-secondary education preferred.Strong understanding of credit and collections processes.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to make sound credit decisions based on customer history.Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Allison Lau Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
