What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Paralegal position at LHH?
Reporting directly to senior counsel, this individual will manage the full lifecycle of vendor and third-party contracts, assist with corporate governance and board documentation, and help streamline legal and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and track vendor and service agreements
- Manage contract
- Support contract negotiation and compliance processes
- Coordinate due diligence and manage document organization
- Support deployment and implementation of the firm’s upcoming Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform; help streamline contract and vendor processes.
- Assist with entity filings, corporate records, and board minutes
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- 5 years’ of recent experience as a corporate paralegal and/or contract manager
- Recent experience at a financial institutions and/or bank required
- Strong knowledge of contract law and risk management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
