I’m currently working with the Seattle office of a prestigious national law firm known for its sophisticated Corporate & Finance practice and commitment to supporting pro bono work. This is an opportunity to work on complex transactional matters from day one, with direct partner and client contact, while building your career in a supportive environment.
The firm’s Corporate & Finance group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to handle a broad range of corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and general corporate representation. Prior healthcare experience is required.
Details
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $425,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonus Structure: Performance Hours based
- Hybrid Work Policy: Flexible in-office/remote schedule (Seattle office)

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of corporate transactional experience
- Prior experience in healthcare transactions
- Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Active Washington Bar license (or eligibility to become licensed)
