We are recruiting for several Controller/Accounting Manager roles. They range from remote to hybrid and are in the Richmond VA area. Prior experience as a leader with comprehensive accounting and finance experience required. The roles vary from managing teams to autonomous focus. Duties:
- Lead team of accounting professionals or work independently with interaction with the CFO
- Responsible for full-cycle accounting performance
- Participate in leadership meetings and critical decision-making processes
Experience:
- 7 plus years experience in accounting
- Accounting degree or equivalent
- CPA preferred
- Experience using a variety of ERP systems and Excel
- Presentation skills highly desired
