Temporary Real Estate Paralegal | Onsite | Boca Raton, FL | $30–$40/hr
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Real Estate Paralegal for a temporary onsite assignment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting real estate matters in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate the flow of legal documents between internal real estate teams, clients, and outside counsel
- Prepare, track, and distribute outbound correspondence and documentation to landlords and other stakeholders
- Review and route incoming mail to ensure prompt handling and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and internal tracking tools
- Assist with managing daily workflows to ensure timelines and deliverables are consistently met
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to support real estate transactions and related initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience, ideally within real estate
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, Florida
