Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conflict of interest searches and analysis
- Support new client and matter intake
- Open and maintain client files
- Review and assess conflict search results
- Work closely with attorneys and firm leadership
- Coordinate with billing, records, and legal support teams
- Maintain client and matter information within intake systems
Desired Background
- 3 years of law firm litigation conflicts experience
- Strong conflict analysis and risk assessment skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Elite 3E and Intapp preferred
