Key Responsibilities:
- Perform conflict searches for new business, lateral hires, and ongoing matters
- Analyze search results and communicate findings to attorneys
- Maintain client and matter data in the firm’s billing and intake systems
- Coordinate with Records and Billing teams for closures and updates
- Assist with special projects and maintain strict confidentiality
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience processing new business intake and/or conflicts of interest in a law firm
- Experience with Intapp Open, Elite 3E, or similar databases
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
