Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Winston-Salem, NC (On-Site)
Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team. This role involves supporting multiple attorneys on complex real estate transactions and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review title and survey documents, including title examinations and legal descriptions
- Assist with drafting and reviewing closing documents for real estate transactions
- Conduct due diligence on property documents, surveys, and title insurance commitments
- Manage pre-closing and closing processes for real estate projects and loans
Qualifications
- 2–10 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
