LHH is working with a well‑regarded, middle market law firm with offices in Boston and Providence seeking a Mid Level Associate to join its commercial real estate practice. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful deal responsibility within a collaborative and high-functioning team.
The Role
- Work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, development projects, and leasing
- Support transactions from initial structuring through closing
- Review and analyze title, survey, and related diligence materials
- Draft and negotiate core real estate agreements and transaction documents
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients on active deals and ongoing matters
- Billable Hour Soft Goal - 1800
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate
- Exposure to transactional work across asset types (e.g., office, retail, industrial)
- Experience with closings and general real estate diligence
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage work both independently and as part of a team
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $145,000–$215,000, depending on experience
