Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and litigation support to approximately 4 attorneys
• Draft, format, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Handle state and federal e-filing with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and case schedules
• Coordinate meetings, depositions, hearings, and travel arrangements
• Assist with trial preparation, client materials, and file management
• Support billing, time entry, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications
• 5 years of law firm experience required
• Strong litigation support background (commercial litigation preferred)
• Experience with state and federal e-filing
• Familiarity with NetDocuments or similar systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
