What You'll Do
• Support attorneys handling complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetings
• Draft, edit, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and litigation documents
• Coordinate filings in both Florida state and federal courts
• Maintain case files and oversee document management using iManage
• Assist with billing, time entry, and administrative support functions
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless workflow and client service
What We're Looking For
✅ 3 years of litigation legal assistant experience
✅ Strong commercial/business litigation background required
✅ Experience filing in state and federal courts
✅ Excellent drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
