What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Attorney position at LHH?
LHH Legal Recruitment is assisting a well regarded, general services law firm in their search for a Commercial Litigation Attorney. The successful attorney will help manage the entire legal process, from investigation and discovery though trial prep and court proceedings. The expectation for being in office is a minimum of two days a week - a true hybrid-wfh position.
The ideal candidate will have;
- A minimum of (1 ) one year or more of legal experience in Complex Litigation
- Experience in drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending fact, party, expert depositions; motion practice; and/or court appearances.
- Strong academics are required
- Moot Court experience, a plus
- Ohio bar licensure, good standing
