What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Attorney - AM LAW position at LHH?
I am currently working with a leading AM LAW ranked firm, who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in commercial litigation to join their Denver office.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
- Provide general support to the litigation department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of Colorado.
- 3 years of experience in franchise and litigation experience, ideally gained with a large law firm setting.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
