Client Services Associate
Richmond, VA
LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Services Associate to support daily operations and provide exceptional service for a growing financial services team in Richmond. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, detail-focused environment with exposure to account management and financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal team members
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts, including coordinating documentation and setup
- Serve as a point of contact for client requests, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
- Maintain and update client records across internal systems
- Prepare forms, documents, and materials for client meetings and ongoing account activity
- Coordinate with external partners such as financial institutions and service providers
- Monitor account activity and help ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Support general office and administrative functions, including tracking outstanding items and managing documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of relevant experience within finance or advisory industries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, team-oriented approach with strong client service skills
