LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Clearwater, FL to identify an experienced Buyer. This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional with strong fabrication sourcing experience who enjoys driving supplier performance, managing inventory, and supporting operational efficiency.

Location: Clearwater, FL

Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and inventory control for both direct and indirect materials.
• Source fabrication-related products and develop strong supplier partnerships.
• Support cost reduction, outsourcing, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Assist with department budgeting, forecasting, and short- and long-term planning.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing, inventory, and financial reports.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Fabrication sourcing experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation, purchasing, and supplier management skills.
• Manufacturing procurement experience highly preferred.
