What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Senior HR Generalist position at LHH?
I’m partnering with a well-established organization on a search for an experienced Bilingual Senior HR Generalist. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on while serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, and employee issues
- Support HR compliance, policies, and employment law initiatives
- Manage complex leave and accommodation matters
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives
- Support compensation planning, job leveling, and pay equity analysis
- Maintain HRIS data and provide HR reporting and analytics
- Lead HR projects, training, and process improvements
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR team members
What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing HR experience
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Experience supporting a multi-state or multi-site workforce
- Strong HRIS, reporting, and analytical skills
- Experience mentoring or providing guidance to other HR professionals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
Work Schedule: Onsite
Compensation: $85-90k base
