We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Benefits Coordinator . This role is responsible for administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and resolve issues promptly.Coordinate open enrollment processes and assist employees with benefit selections.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration.Maintain accurate records in HRIS and prepare reports as needed.Collaborate with vendors and carriers to manage benefits plans and resolve discrepancies.Support HR team with special projects and employee communications related to benefits.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR support.Knowledge of benefits regulations (ERISA, COBRA, ACA) and compliance requirements.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Amaka Mozie Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary connected talent encouraged to applyTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www-uat.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance OrdinanceMassachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
