What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at LHH?
LHH is partnering with a well-established firm to hire a Commercial Real Estate Associate. This is a great opportunity for an attorney early in their career to gain hands-on experience working directly with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Support commercial real estate deals from structuring through closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
- Assist with entity formation and organizational documents
- Coordinate closings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and industry professionals
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- 1 year of commercial real estate experience
- Solid understanding of real estate transactions and contracts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
