What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at CRABTREE LAW GROUP, P.A.?
Crabtree Law Group, P.A. is a long standing transactional and litigation law firm located in the heart of Jacksonville, Florida, and our collection/foreclosure practice is growing. We are seeking an associate attorney to focus primarily on its collections/foreclosure litigation department for homeowners and condominium owners associations. A minimum of 1-3 years experience is highly recommended. Having knowledge in foreclosure work is preferred. Job duties would include managing a case load of 250 files through various North Florida counties in County and Circuit Court divisions. Drafting pleadings, motions, pre and post judgment work. Collaborate with legal support staff, service processors, homeowners, management companies, and our clientele. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and parties.
