Assistant Controller – Construction & Manufacturing | Addison, TX
We’re partnering with a global design-build enterprise experiencing rapid growth and seeking an Assistant Controller to join their expanding finance team. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting accounting operations across construction, manufacturing, and project-based services—all critical to mission-critical infrastructure projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project accounting and enterprise-level financial operations
- Manage month-end and year-end close, reporting, and compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
- Ensure accuracy of project cost reporting and revenue recognition
- Collaborate with operations on billing and cost control
- Drive process improvements and maintain strong internal controls
Ideal Candidate
- CPA required; Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- 5 years of construction accounting experience (manufacturing exposure a plus)
- Strong understanding of project-based finance
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Deltek Costpoint preferred)
- Leadership and supervisory experience managing accounting teams
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $135K–$145K (May be flexible for a rockstar)
- Bonus: 10%
- Hybrid flexibility after 90 days (1–2 remote days per week)
