Credit / Accounts Receivable Manager
Location: Boca Raton, FL

Salary: Up to $120K base (flexible depending on experience)
An established and growing organization in South Florida is seeking a Credit / Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee credit operations and AR performance. This role will manage credit risk, collections strategy, and receivables processes while partnering closely with accounting and operations leadership.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing team leadership with hands-on credit analysis and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day credit and accounts receivable operations
• Review and approve customer credit limits and monitor credit exposure
• Oversee collections strategy and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances
• Handle lien releases and support documentation tied to project or customer payment requirements
• Monitor aging reports and develop action plans to reduce past-due accounts
• Partner with accounting on reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting
• Implement process improvements and strengthen internal credit controls
• Support leadership with AR forecasting, reporting, and risk analysis
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in credit, accounts receivable, or credit management
• Experience managing credit risk and overseeing collections processes
• Lien release experience required
• Strong understanding of AR aging, credit limits, and customer account management
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
